1 Cup Kabuli chana (200 g), soaked 4 hours, washed & rinsed.
One diced tomato.
1 teaspoons Olive oil.
½ Chili powder.
- Add washed Kabuli chana
- In a large pan, over medium-high heat, Add Spinach, Olive oil, chili powder, pepper, salt, 1 tomato Pan fry for 5 minutes.
- Top with cilantro.

Cook time: 15 minutes
