Sometimes we are excited to make plans and dreaming for big things like a holiday, going to university to achieve the GOAL or have a dream job etc.

These plans get you excited, and give emotions then ignites the energy in your body that sustains you.
Of course we face obstacles on the way through the emotional down cycles, and the low energy times, allowing us to persevere and complete the task, and enjoy the reward.
